Terms & Conditions of Returns

In case of incorrect or defective product shipment by the company, the customer should inform the company immediately and in any case within 2 working days of receipt, and the company will immediately proceed at the customer’s choice to a corresponding replacement or credit of the respective amount to your bank account or credit card if the initial payment was made this way.

The product must be in excellent condition, not have been used, the packaging must be intact and include the original contents. In this case, the return costs will be borne by the company.

Furthermore, the customer has the right to withdraw within 14 calendar days of receipt without justification and return the product, in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Consumer Protection. After exercising the right of withdrawal, the company will proceed immediately within 14 calendar days from the declaration of the right of withdrawal to credit the respective amount in your bank account or credit card if the initial payment was made in this way.
