We developed our nutritional supplement, based on the results of scientific studies. It combines vitamins with plant ingredients to form a unique lacta-plus complex. It is our contribution to this special moment.

Piulatte contains vitamins B12 and D3. Vitamin B12 helps reduce fatigue and supports mothers during one of the biggest challenges of breastfeeding – fatigue *. Vitamin D3 helps maintain healthy bones and supports mothers in this special time of need for their body. Piulatte also contains thistle extract.

Pleasant taste, easy to use
The piulatte is made up of valuable ingredients and has a pleasant mild taste. It is easy to use: once a day, ideally in the afternoon, dissolve one sachet in 150-200 ml of water or other liquid and drink it one hour before or after eating. The duration of consumption depends on the personal needs of the individual. The piulatte can be taken as long as it continues to benefit the breastfeeding mother.

The origin of the thistle
Thistle comes mainly from the Mediterranean region, but is also cultivated in Germany. According to English legend, the white spots on its leaves come from the milk of the “Virgin Mary”, from which it takes its English name (milk thistle).
