The cereals have been carefully processed and contain a high whole grain content. 100% organic – 100% natural – we add nothing but thiamin (vitamin B1). Preparation Guide
1. Boil clean drinking water and allow to cool dwn 50 C
2. Add 50g (approx. 5-6 tablespoons) cereal powder to the bowl.
3. Add 155ml of the previous boiled water and stir
