Preparation Guide
1.Pour 200ml boiled, warm water into a clean cup
2. Add 1 heaped teaspoon of granulate per 100ml and stir
3. Allow it to cool down to drinking temperature (approx. 37C)

1 heaped teaspoon (3,75g) of Humana Good Night Tea per 100ml.
